The Carefree pool is a private, members-only facility.
Access is limited to Carefree Club members in good standing
Pool passes are required for entry

The pool is not open to the general public.

During the time when school is in session, pool hours may be changed without prior notice based on availability of lifeguards.
Closing Due to Weather
Did you know lightning can ground strike 50 miles from a thunderstorm? Any hint of lightning or thunder and the pool will close. If it is bright and sunny overhead at the pool, the storm has moved on, or the storm is over Marion County, the pool will still close; any hint is enough. This is for your safety and keeping in compliance with safety recommendations by the National Weather Service and the National Lightning Safety Institute.
Guest Fees
The following pool guest fee schedule will be effective opening day of the swim season:
· Single pass is $2 per person
Paying for an individual or group is done at the concession stand at the pool during check-in. Members wanting to purchase another card need to contact the corporate secretary at sec@carefreeclub.org.
