Carefree Clubhouse can only be rented to Club members.

1. Login to your membership portal.

2. Click on “Amenities”

3. Click the “Request” Button

4. Review the Clubhouse Information, Time Slot availability and the associated fees.

5. Click “Next”

6. Open the “2026 Rental Agreement Link”

7. Click the ☑ box to acknowledge the rental agreement

8. Select Date(s) for rental

9. Select Time Slot based on the information below

• Weekday (Monday–Thursday)
  Morning (5 AM–4 PM): $75 + tax
  Evening (5 PM–4 AM): $75 + tax
  All Day (5 AM–4 AM): $115 + tax
  Weekend / Holidays (Friday–Sunday + Holidays)
  Morning (5 AM–4 PM): $105 + tax
   Evening (5 PM–4 AM): $105 + tax
   All Day (5 AM–4 AM): $165 + tax

10. Click “Next”

11. Review your information

12. Click “Submit”

You request will remain as “Pending” until the Clubhouse Manager reviews and approves the request.

A rental agreement will be sent for signature upon approval.

Two (2) charges to your account will be sent*

* $100 for the deposit (based on the rental agreement)

*Your rental fee (based on the day and time of your rental request).

Access information will be sent at least 24 hours prior to your rental date.
