Annual Club Membership Dues

The Carefree Club Board of Directors would like to welcome you to the 2026 pool season. The pool is scheduled to open on Saturday, May 23, 2026, and we look forward to seeing you and your family throughout the summer.

Pool Access: All Carefree Club members who are current with their Annual Maintenance Assessment may access the pool beginning on opening day. Pool passes issued in 2025 will remain active for the 2026 season, as passes are reused each year.

If your pool pass has been lost or damaged, replacement passes are available for $15 per pass. If you are new to the community or need a replacement pass, please contact the Pool Chair at: pool@carefreeclub.org.

A photo ID will be required when picking up replacement passes.

Guest Passes: Each household receives 24 guest passes per season. Guest passes must be used whenever a non-member accompanies a member to the pool. If you are renting the clubhouse and would like your guests to have access to the pool during your rental period, All-Swim access may be purchased for your event. Guest passes are not accepted during clubhouse rentals.

Annual Maintenance Assessment

The 2026 Annual Maintenance Assessment is $371.46 per lot, reflecting the 2.7% Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustment as outlined in Article IV, Section 3 of the Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions. Payment is due May 10, 2026. If you are a new member of Carefree Club, please contact sec@carefreeclub.org to ensure your membership information is properly recorded and your account is set up correctly.

• Clubhouse Drop Box: Located at the clubhouse (please include your lot number)

Assessments not received by May 10, 2026 will incur an 8% late fee of $29.72, as provided in the governing documents.

Fellow Members,

The Board of Directors would like to thank you for your continued support of Carefree Club and for the trust you place in us to steward the long-term health of our facilities. Over the past several years, the Board has worked to strengthen financial planning, improve operations, and ensure the sustainability of the amenities that serve our community.

Buildium Platform: Carefree Club is transitioning to the Buildium digital platform for membership management, dues administration, and community communication. This system will allow the Board to manage records more efficiently, streamline dues collection, and improve communication with residents.

To support this transition, a QR code is included with this mailing that links to a short form where members can update their household contact information. The information collected will be used to establish your account in the Buildium member portal and to ensure our membership records remain accurate.

Members will receive additional information in the coming weeks regarding account setup and how to access the new online portal once records have been updated.

Outdoor Courts Improvements: The Board is also beginning a multi-phase refresh of the outdoor court areas. Planned improvements include resurfacing the tennis and basketball courts, creating dedicated pickleball space, and installing updated fencing with future access-control features to ensure secure member use.

These projects represent long-term investments in the quality and sustainability of Carefree Club amenities. Additional updates will be shared following the Board’s March meeting.
